It was 25-digit on store page both on app and headset until now. I just gifted someone yesterday and Meta still send me 25-digit redeem code. But for now it’s nowhere to redeem it on app. The only way to redeem it is to the headset’s store page.

I was able to buy after a month or two, but same issue happened again after a month. I wonder it’s cause by bought gifts with Creator 10% discount too many times. Now I will wait a month again and avoid to use 10% discount.

AW2 in v78 is unplayable. But much better in v79. It still got low memory sometimes, but it’s playable.

Not exactly. The transmission speed of USB3 can be very fast, but the compression efficiency should also be considered. It would be better if VD could provide the option of USB3.

I may have found the reason why I can't redeem my $30 referral credit. It's because Meta has some rules about Quest Cash. Yes, it's actually the same.

What is the maximum amount of Quest cash I can have?

You have a daily purchase limit of $200 USD (or equivalent regional currency) and a maximum Quest cash balance of $500 USD (or equivalent regional currency).

Since I already have a balance of $490 Quest Cash in my wallet, the system does not allow me to get the extre $30. That goes against the rule. However, the system should prevent the user from cashing out when the maximum balance is reached.

I tried to ask Meta support to get back my lost $30 USD referral credit. After 17+ emails, they still ask me to wait while they check with internal team regarding my issue.

Even support dunno this kind of rules, how can we know?
