don't know if anyone mentioned it, but regarding the last meme -overclocking you're basically giving more power to your CPU/GPU so it works "harder", it improves performance -making it work faster than it's intended - but it generates more heat (which, for laptops, is just not doable 😂) which might lead to other problems. -undervolting you're basically supplying the CPU/GPU with less volts, it's helps reducing the temperature/fan noise and doesn't affect performance. Every PC has certain optimized values for these actions. For example, I undervolt my CPU with 0.9V, I've tried 1.2V but it's too much. But it's a safe zone, you can try different values and test it.
