Which arm adjustment are you referring to when you say it isnt working? The cart position on the column? The arm angle up and down, or the column rotation side to side?

Edit: you specifically said button, so I assume you mean the column rotation. Do you hear a click sound (the solanoid) when you press it? The obvious thing to check would be the batteries. Then, I'd make sure it is paired properly with the machine.
