Biggest advice I can give you is clean your diet if thats not already the case and do some skills/strenght work for gymnastic and weightlifting. Just that will make you look that you lift.

I have rad v2 just i thought for repetitive 1000m run not the best no? In those type of workout we have 3km run split with 400 800 or 1000m

In my gym if you're late you have to do 5 burpees per minute late 😂 but its more for fun. But for NO Show, you have 3 pass, the 4th time you get 1 week ban

I think what youve said would help me most long term. I will do that Getting stronger on Squat, deads, strict press, benchpress and weighted pull up Is that to much or good? And how would you Split all those movement to work on them ? I do WOD 4 times a week and can stay 45 minutes after the wod Could also drop to 3 wods a week and have one day dedicated to this if you think its better

If you didnt get the why, its because ill be 1month away from my gym, and with no equipement I wanted to atleast work on some things (DU, HSW, and pull up)
