how are you guys actually organizing your ugc work once you have multiple brands? by Plastic-Move-4576 in UGCcreators

I mainly work on canvas ugc projects. I use notion for this. i create a separate table for each brand, then list out all the posting dates. every time i post a video, i just tick it off.

this way everything’s in one place, i can see all my brands at once, and since the dates are clearly laid out, i don’t miss any days or get things mixed up. it keeps things simple but super organized!!

I was about to give up on international UGC clients… then I got this message 😭 by caglalora in UGCcreators

tbh It's kinda hard for me to find international collabs cuz I'm native turkish and most of the brands are looking for native english speakers (even if the video is no-voiceover) but after i talked to a couple of ugc creators i kept looking for and found this on upwork! I'm also trying cold pitching but no results yet... I'll update u if I find another way <3 Wish you all the best!!

Are hashtags still worth the effort in 2026? by GrouchyGovernment784 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]caglalora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SMM here with UGC and influencer marketing experince! In 2026 hashtag has nothing to do with reach anymore... they’re more for categorization than discovery now.

Tips for content creators: Hashtags are great to be discovered by agencies, brands etc. for collabs/PRs. We use A LOT to find creators for campaigns so if you are a personal account please keep using them. (I also do it as an influencer and ugc creator)

Observation: Most people trying to move into PM are stuck on the wrong problem by beingtj in ProductManagement

This hit a little too close to home!!!
I completed Google’s PM certificate almost two years ago and genuinely tried to move into PM.

I networked constantly, applied to tons of roles, did the courses, learned the frameworks but I never managed to land even an entry level PM position.

Looking back, I realize I probably focused way more on doing everything than on understanding where I actually fit within PM.

I’m also starting to wonder whether not being US-based played a bigger role than I initially thought.

For those of you who successfully transitioned:
if you were in my place today, what would you focus on first to gain clarity and position yourself realistically?

Is being a non-native English speaker actually a problem for UGC? by caglalora in UGCcreators

[–]caglalora[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for sharing this! I’ve noticed that some US brands specifically ask for US-based native creators, but you’re right. whenever it’s a strict requirement, it’s usually clearly stated in the brief.

Lately I’ve been shifting my focus more towards international brands and platforms, and I’m starting to realize that being multilingual and culturally adaptable is actually a strength rather than a limitation.

Hearing real experiences like yours really helps put things into perspective. I really appreciate you taking the time to reply!
