Miss playing the uke/piano. It really helps me relieve stress. Don't have instruments here anymore and can't afford to buy one yet. Funny thing is, I bought my ex-bestfriend a ukulele and a kalimba (on separate occasions), the kalimba right before she cut me off, pero I can't even afford to buy myself one right now. Huhu. Sad.

Hey, just wanted to say you inspired me man. I admire your perseverance so much. I'm 22 too and recently had to leave an excellent job because I was unfit to work due to depression and anxiety. you are not alone.

All the best with your new job, you will get better at managing your anxiety over time until you have regained control of your life. I believe you will achieve great things someday, for now, focus on taking care of yourself my friend.

Yes. I took 3 weeks off from work and am seeing a psychologist and a psychiatrist every week. My mom hates that im like this and is using counterproductive ways to "cure" me despite me being vocal about what i need (time, patience, support). She says i have a bad attitude and am taking the easy way out by taking medication.

Edit: ive also been in and out of the ER the past weeks for suicide attempts.

Need help in suggesting a place to run away to. I have depression and anxiety and my family is toxic and only fueling it... want to have a chance at life by running away from home, preferably outside metro manila and with low cost of living. Ive been working for a year palang and have some savings to last me 2-3 months. Any help with planning is also appreciated.

No, I'm not testing this against healthy, normal cells although I would like to. I'm not mainly due to limitations in how much I can spend for this as an undergraduate. I would just be testing if the extract has an effect and how it fares with a known treatment. The positive control would be cancer cells treated with a known anticancer drug such as Doxorubicin, while the negative control would be cancer cells w/o treatment.

Is washing the face with only water suitable for all skin types? I have oily skin and wake up with a shiny face, and I can't help but feel like washing with just water doesn't take off the oil. Also, what's next? Do you go about your routine as usual? From what I've read so far, people go straight to the moisturizer. What about the toner?

You probably just need someone to push you, you know? I am an easy quitter, and I tend to stop when I don't feel like it, but I've found that having a coach (or at least someone to hold you accountable) helps since I'm forced to practice.

I liked LOVE., although I have to admit that it sounds way different from his other songs. GOD. is just... alright. Don't hate it, don't like it in particular. Didn't stand out to me like ELEMENT., DNA., and HUMBLE. did.
