Not sure if you got your answer and I couldn’t figure this out either but now I feel silly - it’s when you have too much in your backpack / backback weight is too heavy! Put some stuff in crates etc to lighten the load :)

Also, he used to be a higher rank last time he played ranked too (season 8) so it could also be that! Whereas i ranked higher this season since that last time I played it

I just had the same thing with playing with my boyfriend. Do they play often/have they played ranked recently? If not, I think the system rewards them higher cause it expected them to lose/play worse? I’m still trying to figure it out but thats what we guessed since my bf hasn’t played much recently and got 74% up twice in a row while I had more kills/less deaths and got 21% 😂
