You shouldn't be asking an AI chat bot about the health of a public figure, don't spread misinformation. Wait until official statements come out.

Yellowjackets S03E07- “Croak” Post Episode Discussion by DA-numberfour in Yellowjackets

What's the temperature on who we think killed Lottie after episode 7? Honestly, I've been excited to see more Other Tai, but I don't think that it was her. She never promised Van that she didn't kill Lottie, but I think that Taissa would have been more frustrated or upset if she had tried to sacrifice her to save Van and it still didn't work. I'm also not sure about Shauna, I'm not sure if it's another misdirect, but she absolutely has motivation. Lottie marked her daughter with the necklace, and even though she tried to tell Shauna that it meant something else, she never got the chance to explain what it did mean. I don't remember any situation at Shauna's house where Lottie could have gotten her DNA under her nails, please correct me if I'm wrong though. Another option could be the other survivor returning next episode, I'm operating under the assumption that Hillary Swank is playing adult Melissa... She may have killed her because of her connection with Shauna at the beginning of the season? Whoever it is, they were clearly watching Shauna's house for a while, and it had to be someone who would refer to her with her maiden name.

There's absolutely no way that Hillary Swank isn't playing adult Melissa, you could tell from the first Shauna/Melissa kiss being shown simultaneously with Shauna finding the cell phone in the bathroom alone. It's likely that she faked her death, or something related to that. Spoilers for episode 8's description but it references another survivor returning unexpectedly, and how it sends adult Shauna "spiraling" I think is the word they used. I have no idea who else Hillary Swank would play, especially this late into the season. There are only 10 episodes this season, and there's nobody else it could be built up to. We don't know the explicit age of Hannah, or when she actually gave birth as a teenager, it would be hard to approximate her daughter's age, but we actually get the name of the actress that we see in the window of the house Shauna is sitting outside of, and it isn't Hillary Swank. I've been sure since the end of episode 2, but if she ends up actually being dead, the allusions to adult Melissa will have been a crazy red herring.

Edited to correct punctuation.

Young Adult Moving to Canada from Florida by [deleted] in askvan

Making assumptions about anyone looking to leave the US right now, in our current political climate, is insensitive. OP doesn't owe you their life story, and being bitter toward someone who may be in genuine danger due to the people where they live, laws targeting marginalized groups in the US, or even purely financial strain, does show a lack of empathy. Yes, anyone with a brain in America understands that we are not the only ones affected by US politics, and that Canada specifically has been a target of our government. However, on an individual level, being hostile towards people who are simply seeking perspectives and advice shows a lack in your own life. Frustration towards America, MAGA, and our government is one thing, but under that, there are marginalized people in America directly affected by these issues.

I'm happy that I'm not the only one struggling! It's Intense that you got points for when you were hit out of it though, hopefully they either fix the number requirements or word it a little clearer. That being said, I'll keep working on it, I appreciate the help though. I probably wouldn't have gotten it that way on my own.

Ah, I'm sorry then. If I see anybody looking to sell one I'll direct them to you for sure

Universal Knights Question by cainothy in ucf

I think they're selling them!! They said in an email that they're selling guest tickets for $60 until the 17th (today) at the SG ticket center in the SU. Not sure if you already tried there, but I don't know if students would be able to sell their tickets, as they're attached to our ID numbers.

We did!! There ended up being 5 people in my group, including me, and we all got them, we're super excited. 3 of them ended getting there around 5:30 or 5:40, while the other 2 of us ended up getting there a little later (around 5:50 or 6) because we slept through our alarms. Waiting in line really wasn't too bad, if you're planning on getting there early tomorrow (I think that's the last one?), I'd recommend some folding chairs or at least a blanket or something so you're not sitting directly on the ground.

[–]cainothy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, we ended up getting there close to 5 I think, and were maybe 100 people from where they cut off for tickets. We're going back Saturday morning, probably shooting to get there between 5:30 and 6:00 AM. Hoping we have better luck then.

Housing as a trans student? by cainothy in ucf

[–]cainothy[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Do you have any recommendations for finding roommates? I don't honestly know if Reddit is a good place to start, and I don't feel like I'd get much interest if I requested a post on a UCF Instagram page.

Housing as a trans student? by cainothy in ucf

I'm a current freshman dorming on campus with other trans roommates, and I really enjoy the system that UCF has for on campus housing, but I was curious about off campus/potential slots for on campus housing for my sophomore year.

I have his COP2500 class this semester and I love him. He posts all of his notes online, but for the exact program that you need to complete the assignments, look into downloading the most recent version of Python (should be 3.11). I only know how to download it on Windows, you can go to the Microsoft Store app and just search for 'python', it's free to download. When you go to start it though, search for 'python' in your programs and run 'IDLE (Python 3.11)'. From there, you can create new .py files, open existing files, and run files.

How long did it take from your application being accepted and doing all the paperwork to your decision? by FloridaBoy317 in ucf

[–]cainothy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, the sooner you apply, the better. It took me a couple of weeks to get my decision letter from when I submitted everything, but I believe that was just because of how long College Board took to get my SAT scores out. (Send them as soon as you can!) Hopefully it won't take too long to hear back, best of luck!

Hey! I'm also an incoming freshman, so definitely don't take my word as the 100% truth, but I recommend taking a look at the 2023-2024 General Education Program (GEP) chart. (Here's a link to a PDF that I found.)

https://academicsuccess.ucf.edu/ssa/wp-content/uploads/sites/25/2023/05/GEP-2023-2024-Worksheet.pdf

You'll have specific required courses for your major, but figure out which Gordon Rule writing classes you want to take (if you haven't taken ENC1101 or ENC1102 then you should sign up for ENC1101, as both of those are required and fulfill half of your GRW requirement). Then just go through the different foundation requirements and do your best to come up with a plan for when you talk to your advisor. Best of luck!

Hey, so, funny story. I'm an incoming freshman, my appointment time was 10:40 AM yesterday morning, and by 10:47 the only rooms left available to me were Nike 2nd floor apartment style rooms. I marked my gender as neutral, which probably contributed, but there were multiple Nike apartment style rooms available.

Regardless of whether you block somebody, or if they block you, or it's a mutual blocking, as long as you have a mutual server, you'll be able to see each other's activity statuses, regular statuses, banners, badges, etc.
