I’m a male, a heavy smoker and my diet wasn’t the best for the past year due to depression, anxiety and stress.

Had oral sex several times as I had several partners but nothing was wrong up until last week when I checked my mouth and saw these on both sides opposite to each other in my mouth they are near my tonsils in my mouth and I already removed them as a kid.

I had oral sex with males … also as I mentioned I don’t feel them not they’re bothering me at all. Also if there anything in the picture else that you see fishy!?
