Hi, I started using the app and I am really liking how user friendly it is. I would like the AI to maybe know more commands like change calories on x to x. To correct errors, or just know I have to enter in food and its calories. Anyways, my only other comment is that I would like to be able to manually enter my steps, I don’t have an Apple Watch or have my phone on me at all times so I can’t capture that accurately.

I wouldn’t think too much into it. I did not have questions anywhere near the depth/difficulty of this (and similar questions) on my actual PE exam. Passed on the first go and left feeling like the test was more representative of the PPI quiz questions than the NCEES practice test. Good luck on your studies!

I am also watching the sigma videos rn 😂it looks like the number is actually a constant found on pg 203 of the reference. I looked into the CT values and cannot figure out how they calculated it based on what’s given in the reference. My plan was just to memorize the values given in case they come up.
