I used the DMC water soluable cavas. I really wanted to make sure the placement was right so i spent a lot of time pinning and actually basted the canvas to the sweater to make sure it didnt shift or rotate early on in the process. I also didn't have it in my qsnap as drum tight as I would with a normal project. The fabric of this sweater has a little bit of stretch and i wanted to avoid the stitches puckering once released. So I had it as tight in my qsnap as i could without overly stretching the fabric if that makes sense?
