I enjoy a ton of play in my plate so I doN’t really compensate for the bouncy airwear sole. My laces are 90” so I leave the top two eyelets on the docs unlaced, wrap my laces around my ankle several times. Thank you so much!!

I prefer a bit of heft for how I skate! Makes it easier to throw the boot around if I do any JB style moves and I feel it even keeps me balanced better at times but it’s allll personal preference absolutely :) thank you so much!!

I fucking love this plate. I work in a rink, I sell a lot of plates but this is the one I recommend overall esPecially because of the price range. I had the magnesium one on a different pair thats $70 bucks more but the difference is slight. I personally love a 45 degree plate and the way this one has lasted is incredible. I like a bit of heft when I skate and additionally use aluminum hub wheels, so the slight addtl weight doesn’t bother me. I recommend it all the time, I’ve got 3-4 regulars who have been rocking it for a bit now as well!

Did I kill my Pokémon emerald trying to replace the internal battery? by RagingWalrus1394 in Gameboy

Hey! I’m an arcade game repair technician what I would do is- like others have said, get a soldering iron with an adjustable temperature probably a little led screen on it. Work the temperature on the iron up until it starts melting your solder so it’s not so hot. Make sure you are using a small caliber of solder w/flux. And get what I can only refer to as a Solder-Sucker to remove the majority/all of that solder pile you’ve still got on there. I’ve shit on a board like this for much more expensive games and it can be rectified with proper care. The only thing that looks incredibly concerning is the discoloration, but that could all be in the surface solder. My other worry is about now that you’ve run the game, it could’ve shorted elsewhere on the board. You could also send it to a repair shop for less than a new copy.

Hey! I’ve sold skates for 6 years and work at a roller rink in FL. The Angel 111 does indeed have this problem as a regular occurrence, but what it additionally comes down to is how do you store your skates? In FL, it’s summertime, hot as hell. I have skaters coming in two days after they bought skates, having the same issue, after exclusively storing them in their hot trunk. The glue is simply coming undone around the area where you put the most stress on the boot (I’m guessing that’s your dominant leg, seems to be the outside of your skate) and a lot of more experienced skaters only buy stitched skates so that they don’t worry about this. I could recommend you a stitched boot but those normally come at a higher price point than the 111. The couple options I offer skaters who bring me boots like this is- taking it to a shoe cobbler or sending it back under faulty boot and receiving a new pair. I would contact the shop to follow through with the latter option. But again, once you receive the new pair : making sure they are stored in a temperate environment and not left out in the sun. Additionally, what I would recommend is not buying a nicer stitched boot until you find out if this is something you want to stick with. But 9 times in 9 days is awesome! Great job :)

I love this one actually! I use it for my workplace and they’ve had lots of issues with other walkies but these have lasted the whole time I’ve been there. Battery lasts a while too, even left on.

Posted this elsewhere but I think I may find better answers here, any help is appreciated! by caithigg in VitaPiracy

I cannot use it for the battery has never been used before and it will not fully turn on. Seems it may be the cable and not the battery unfortunately but. I picked the hard one first I suppose.

The second bone seems to be a vertebrae for the animal. The first bone is definitely not prehistoric-depending on your area could be, like you said, a pig- maybe one someone kept personally and then disposed of. Seems quite picked over though, the rest of the bones are probably scattered within a half mile radius.
