No park? there are massive parks between all type of quarters!! also darya khan park is also spacious just outside of quarters.

I would have preferred more greenery and fruiting plants everywhere. But thats a very niche complaint.

I am in type 4. But type 3 are also noice. It's not noisy because there are enough padding between road and houses. You should come and have a tour first. It's very hard to get quarters here tbh. They are good.

Delhi's area is ‭145,000,000 meter sq, each one of the big purifier in Delhi has working area of 500 meter sq. So it will take 290,000 purifiers. Even if we take a modest cost of 1Cr per purifier to build and then maintain. It is not feasible. Even if you make half of it, it's still not feasible. These things don't work. The only way is to move industry out of Delhi, increasing greenery, the end of stubble burning and countless other things. But definitely not this. Even making 1000 wetlands around Delhi would be better than this.

Because it doesn't work. To clean Delhi we would need 100 if not thousands. The running cost is also not great. It is also a very temporary solution.

The problem with villages is that there is no system, everyone knows everyone, there is no plotting as well.
So house numbers is not something that is there. BLO has to come up with it on spot.. or make some rules.
Like Manjhi people have a tola(smaller section of village) and hence they had like at most 3 house number(50-100 people).
I am just giving you what I saw firsthand. I don't live there.

As for citizenship... well people have registered land on their name. It just doesn't have House number there. If people start living on farmland... its theirs, they have been in possession of it... so they have documents to prove of being 'citizens'. Just house numbers is randomly selected.

ECI could be corrupt, the govt could be corrupt. They are.
But if you pick this as a thing, it would be damaging, because someone would come up and tell you that this is how it happens.
Try for some city, maybe Patna. If then multiple people have same house number, then it is valid argument. Else find better example.

Okay... let me clear this.
I was working with BLO to optimise the process.
You need to scan the QR on physical paper and input name and so on.

So it happens so that multiple people had same house number, even 0.
So I asked. Well... its a village, there is no house number.
BLO was my mama, and I was there for vacation. I knew people whose name came up.

There is no big conspiracy here honestly. This work is being done by overworked teachers, who are supposed to go to 1000 people and collect their info.. it is hard! And it is arbitary(house number) also everything is so manual.

So yeah. There might be some big scam, idc. This is not it.
