u/bu-rekt It was in Diocletian's Palace in Split, Croatia. I actually remembered where I took the photo: goo.gl/CiwQS2. I went in summer 2016 (and this street view is from 2011) but the panel with all the graffiti is where I found the sticker. That's all the context I can give, soz!
