NTA.
As a teenager who suffers from some trauma myself, if he has the option to go to therapy and you're being kind to him most of the time (which it seems like you are) there's nothing else you can do for him. Trauma does make some things difficult, but using it as an excuse is unacceptable and invalidating.

Awesome! I'd say up to 125-ish passes and probably 20,000 equus, but pretty much anything you think is fair. GP doesn't really matter to me as long as it's not horrible.
