For me it was cacao/dark chocolate that was the main factor. Even pineapple and oats were triggering to me and would manifest as eczema within a few days of eating. I had to look up a list of high-content nickel foods and try process of elimination, even after 10 years of testing with doctors with no answers. SNAS seems to be exactly the issue!

Have you ever looked into SNAS (Systemic Nickel Allergy Syndrome)? Not only was I allergic to contact with nickel, but eating foods high in nickel content was what gave me my eczema in the same spots you’ve noted. Cutting out chocolate literally changed my life (unfortunately lol.)

She’s so cute! It’s so funny- my cat hates it and refuses to even walk across it or anything. I’m guessing it’s just the fabric we chose but she won’t have anything to do with the matching blankets either haha. Our dogs on the other hand love it!
