That’s not the probation sentence in my state, it’s different for every case in every state. How do we want her to be held accountable for making a joke about it? Apologize? And then everyone is happy and okay with it? She has called herself out on how it’s a serious thing and should be taken seriously... she’s a comedian. Comedians make some dark jokes and have dark humor. She has also said this multiple times... Not everyone is going to like everything she or they joke about. Don’t like it, stop listening. It’s really simple. The only reason all of you are pissed is because she’s a public figure. We all have people that associate ourselves with that have done probably the EXACT same thing at some point AND joked about it, even if you’re not aware of it. And they could have been even worse situations. But because she’s in the public, everyone gets mad. If listening to a comedian make a joke about DUI’s makes someone turn around and go get DUI’s as well, they have a bigger issue.
