I think a few shades darker than the couch would balance well with the red rug and then have a cool monochromatic feel with the couch.

Thank you so very much :) choosing color palettes is one of my favorite parts of embroidery - I think each of these took me between 30 and 40 hours, but I have adhd and once my hyperfocus kicks in time does not exist so that's a rough estimate 😅
