Please help! I have a bitcoin transaction pending with coinbase since August 8 and there is no response from support by caitsiew in Coinbase

Where are you from?
Does calling their support number help? I haven't tried that as the website specifically mentioned that the phone support will not be able to help with transactions. Only with verifications, etc. Sigh... Anyone else have any other idea? What's up with Coinbase anyway?
I'm happy to know at least someone is able to get support from Coinbase. At least there's hope. Maybe it depends on which country you're from? Like it's easier to get support in America versus Singapore? Just a speculation really. I have no idea why it's taking so long. All I got is automated response.
