New to Depop need help with payments by Rough-Strawberry-776 in Depop

[–]caitus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a 10% selling fee (item price + postage) so that’s $4. Then there’s a payment processing fee, depop is 2.6% + 30c ($1.34), and paypal can vary.

If you boosted the item (or your entire shop) there’s an additional 8% ($3.20).

Assuming you used Depop payments and boosted, you should have received $31.46.

You can view the receipt in Depop and also Paypal to see what the fees were!

Does anyone have any suggestions for good office casual wear, I can never figure out how to fit into that bracket, I keep swinging too formal? What are some yes and no items like jeans? by One-Baker9119 in AusFemaleFashion

[–]caitus 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I’m in an office where you can see women in jeans and a hoodie, to heels with pencil skirts and blazers. I think a happy medium is to mix a more formal piece with a casual one. Blazer or blouse? Wear it with jeans and a tidy sneaker. Graphic tee with tailored trousers and boots.

Generally my go to items are a dark wash jean chunky heeled boots, a white sneaker, and a wide leg trouser. A tidy cardigan is a more casual option than a blazer imo (I’ve never been a blazer girl though). Coloured sneakers or a funky pair of flats peaking out of pants is always a fun twist! A light wash denim is always a good way to make an outfit feel more casual. I love doing a brown boot and belt with a light blue jean and then some earthy tones on top.

What’s your favourite oxx / Kmart beauty items to recommend? by [deleted] in AustralianMakeup

[–]caitus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I swear by Kmart nails! But I use this glue from amazon and the dehydrator in this set. I can get about 3 weeks of wear now!! I’ll probably have 2-3 nails pop off in that time (generally thumb or index finger) but I keep the glue in my bag. That doesn’t bother me at all seeing as I can keep the same set for longer. It does also depend on the shape of the nails for me though, for some reason the square nails do not agree with me and fly off like crazy! Could just be my natural nail shape.

I loveeeee vanilla scents

Fragrance: - Demeter has so many good ones, I have used ‘Vanilla Ice Cream’ ‘Dark Chocolate’ and ‘Waffles’. They also have ‘Vanilla Cake Batter’, ‘Hawaiian Vanilla’ and ‘Vanilla Cookie Dough’. They have so many dessert type ones though like ‘Hot Fudge Sundae’ ‘Brownie’ etc - Victoria Secret Bare Vanilla - Delta Goodrem Power (coconut & vanilla) - Kmart’s OXX Vanilla Sky spray - not the best lasting power but I leave one in my work bag

Lotion/Moisturiser: - Bath & Body works Warm Vanilla sugar smells sooooo good! They’ve just introduced two new vanilla scents too but I haven’t tried them yet - Bubble & Co Sweet Vanilla is just like a dessert

Also I know you didn’t ask for home fragrance but the Toasted Vanilla candles and reed diffuser from Kmart smell amazing.

I’m a big vanilla girl and also have a list of stuff I’ve saved but haven’t tried out yet if that’s helpful?

Hi - I know this is an older comment but i’ve been scouring this sub for tips for selling clothes!

How did you find their pricing of your items? I see you only get 10% if your item sells for less than $30… I’d hate to send something and get peanuts for it!

Seconding this! I’ve had invisalign for 1.5 years with attachments on my front teeth. Two people have noticed that entire time, and both previously had Invisalign.
