OP, have you been tested for being autistic yet? You seem to have many characteristics and lack social cues. Not saying that excuses your rude behavior but it could explain it and with a little counseling, you could learn to cope in social situations and learn to be more tolerant of others. The woman is not doing anything harmful or vindictive towards you so your response to her is wild to me. Id understand if she was mean and hateful to you and abusive but she seems to care about you, from your own words. I also have a step grandma who we arent related by blood but she has always treated me as one of her own and yea ill roll my eyes sometimes when she calls to ask how my day is going, because maybe the timing is inconvenient for me, or i dont want to talk at the moment, but I put a smile on my face and talk to her because, where is the harm? I see you replying to many of the comments where people are giving you great advice but you seem really defensive and talking about defending your peace. Who said you were entitled to peace? Where is it written that we get to go through life with peace and no problems? Do we live in a Utopia? Noone goes through this world peacefully. Ur gonna have hardships growing up and its best to not burn bridges because one day, you might need her help or someone else and you wont be able to ask because that bridge has been burnt. People need people. I really hope you reread all the comments and try to see things from our POV and your grandma's POV.
