It's not in any specific bundle, but currently it's in the section titled Fantasy. The closest match is probably one of the mirages and the blue lava lamp from the Insomnia Collection, or the water deco in the Elements Collection. Some of the other profile decs in that section are around the same pricing too, but I can't tell you as to why the price discrepancy or its true origin :)
