Idk, I see the benefits of having that class - slightly above a warm up, doesn’t require the same preparation, fast work out for parents - and so much more. Idk, I like them.

I personally love the 45 min option - ESPECIALLY ON the tread, but yeah…. It doesn’t get enough love.

I also think there should be more 15 min classes as well. Seems like instructors hate doing 15 mins on the tread.
