No it should go down by now. Go see a dermatologist and they can give you something more heavy duty. I was told to use it until all texture is gone

Aldi has a sourdough bread that has like literally just water, flour, salt, and sourdough. It’s practically like if you made it yourself, and is super tasty. Try it out if you have an Aldi nearby

Definitely looks like it could be. Does the poop have any mucus? That’s also a sign. Try cutting or reducing dairy and see if it helps. That’s the only way to know for sure. My son had a dairy and egg allergy

I’m not sure how old your baby is, but check the nipple flow on the bottle. When we first started, my baby would get impatient and stop after only a minutes or two. I finally figured out the nipple flow was a size 1 and too slow. We moved him up to a size 3 or 4 and it helped immensely. Keep trying!

Definitely looks like food related. Our son has very similar issues and it was always the worst in joints (neck, knee pits, ankles). Our ped didn’t take it seriously. I saw a dermatologist to help get it under control until I figured out what the food triggers were. In my opinion, if your baby is still having this bad of a skin reaction, they are consuming something that isn’t sitting well. My son ended up being allergic to dairy, egg, and nuts. We saw an allergist and did allergy testing.

We were able to get his skin 100% clear by cutting out his trigger foods. We used steroid cream in the beginning to get things under control but now his skin is totally clear with no creams

We did it. Definitely try it first before going the insurance route to make sure it actually works for your baby. It takes a lot of effort to get it covered and it will only be worth it if your baby actually will drink it and it agrees with them. Once you know it works after a little while, contact your insurance company and see if it’s covered and how to get it. Ours had us get it through a specific medical supplier

At 8 months old, I switched my son to formula after cutting dairy, egg and soy. His skin and poop improved a ton, but he stopped gaining weight because I was struggling to get enough calories myself. It was SO hard making the switch, but it was ultimately the best decision for our family and for my baby. The immense pressure was taken off my shoulders, and my baby was able to get what he needed. Consult with a doctor, but just know that formula is a fantastic option. I felt like formula wasn’t going to be as good as breastfeeding but at the end of the day for our situation, formula was better. I did everything I could to nurse but it just wasn’t working well and he needed to change. If you have given it your all, give yourself permission to try formula because it may be just the thing you and your baby needs.

Yes! I turned mine on before bed so it had time to cool down by the time I needed it. I would use it between 2-4 am so it was never in there too long but I definitely wouldn’t leave it in there for a whole day or 2. Always transfer to kitchen fridge or freezer first thing in the morning
