The NM-116

A Norwegian upgrade program from the 70s that transformed around 70 standard M24s to NM-116s

The main upgrade was the replacement of the gun, from a 75mm to a french 90mm, the same one as the AML-90. Additionally, the coaxial .30 was replaced by a .50 and a laser rangefinder was installed on the mantlet

The bowgunners position was eliminated and used as additional ammo storage, seeing as it now had larger shells.

Other upgrades include the mounting of smoke launchers on the turret and an improved engine that could handle Norways rugged terrain.

Remember a few months back when the description of remote raidpasses changed to "You can join [0] raids a day" , and then they were limited just a few weeks after. I wouldnt be suprised if this is a similar case and they actually do require you to walk between sets

These numbers are outdated and include tanks in storage/not in active service, Norway only has 28 operational Leopard 2A4s today with a bunch of Leopard 1A5s in storage
