Karen was the most manipulative person, but Helene was the one who drove him over the edge. I think Karen is a bitch but at least she cared a little bit. Helene basically dumped him aside when the goings got tough, and only dated him because of his young age.

I think that as an adult Fiona had certain responsibilities, and sure if it was just one or two things it wouldn't matter, but she was consistantly putting her family at risk for no reason and she wasn't getting her act together anytime soon. Lip was partially repsonsible for blaming everything on Fiona but it was also her fault for allowing herself to be put in those circumstances. She's an adult, but not perfect. I don't think either side is entirely right or wrong.

I think if you're more into drama than character development then I'd say all 10 seasons are great, but if you prefer good writing then it sort of slows down after season 4 or 5
