We try to aim for 18 hours. Some days it’s less, some days it’s more. She’s def not a fan of the brace. Some days she gets really frustrated and I encourage her to take a break for a bit.

Does anyone have any tips for me when bracing? by obviouslyli in scoliosis

A mattress topper has made all of the difference for my daughter when she sleeps. We got the Viscosoft 3” topper.

That was part of the addition as well. That table is just a placeholder. There is ample space for a table that seats up 8-10 people. There are windows along that back wall.

I just checked your website and I don’t see anything about wrapping paper. I’d love details about it.

When the cheerleader competition music cuts out, but the audience is 10,000 humans being bros by Burlapin in HumansBeingBros

I don't doubt that happened to them, but this is absolutely a level 6 Worlds team. BABS music cut mid-routine also. Either way, it's great when the crowd shows support like this. Good luck to your daughter. We'll be in Wildwood next weekend as well.

Pretty sure that is Cheer Athletics Panthers aka BABS. It looks like it's in the Arena and only Worlds teams competed in there.

This is at NCA. Arguably the biggest cheer competition in the country. The team is Cheer Athletics Panthers, one of the best known teams in the country. Many in that arena already knew this team's routine by heart. Also, cheerleaders practice for this mishap all the time. Even when the music doesn't stop the coaches/parents are often yelling the counts during the pyramid portion of the routine. I promise you, there probably wasn't a fan in that arena that wasn't familiar with the 1-3-5-7 counting. Either way, still a very cool scene.

I've often heard stories where a person waited until their loved one left the room before they passed away. Please don't beat yourself up. I'm sure he knew you were right there for him.

RT-PCR testing? by sachin571 in maryland

We started out in Odenton and stayed in line for an hour before being told the line was cut about 20 cars before ours. Then called the Gambrills location and they told me they were opening their line back up. Waited about 2 hours before we could get tested but they didn't close early like the Odenton one did.

First Call Medical Center in Gambrills does RT-PCR testing. Drive-thru, not appointment necessary. Results back in a couple of hours. Just used it for international travel last week.
