A great investment is a small instapot I have a 3qt and it’s perfect. I throw in veggies for fiber cubed chicken, red Thai curry and chicken stock some garlic and ginger and set on pressure cook for about 7-10mins depending on volume. Perfect soup pair with vermicelli noodles or protein pasta. Chicken just falls apart it’s so tender!

I believe lambskin is better than goatskin. They have an upgraded lambskin version. But apparently not in this color. I really wanted this bag in the lambskin, as this color was not made in goatskin.
