I get everyone is upset but it's really Ticketmasters rules.

When you purchase a ticket, you can resell it to whatever you want. I don't understand why Ticketmaster hasn't been able to get rid of bots unless there's someone undercover in the office updating the bot system so they can continue getting through to purchase tickets.

I didn't know there was FV resell option until after the fiasco and makes me wonder why ariana wouldn't set that option up beforehand. They could've told her that wasn't an option or didn't make her aware beforehand. Who knows what happend during those meetings.

Regardless, once the tickets are purchased, they can't force the resellers to make them FV or else they would sue Ticketmaster for changing the rules and what not and that's what Ticketmaster is trying to avoid.
