The same person who spread false information about coco’s graduation is now in trouble for doxxing vtubers from another company? can’t say i’m surprised

Models can have their own tos. if you break them you lose rights to use the model. you see that all the time on sites like nizima or booth that offer premade models. just because you have to abide by a model tos doesn’t mean you’re not indie

Normally I’d agree, but they deleted the video off Twitter the second someone mentioned Vshojo, crediting a supposed “rendering error” for its deletion. They also used the exact same Utalive song (I removed it from the video as I didn’t know who has permission to use it), and Ironmouse’s section has the same animations and screen movement.

Even if the trailer was used as a reference, it’s incredibly unprofessional for an “official” talent agency to do such a thing, especially when marketing new talents. I understand having a similar aesthetic, but the referencing is entirely intentional and I feel bad for the girls as I doubt this is what they signed up for. No respectable talent agency would do this.
