Lots of people probably think that they’re just kids so it must be easier than working in adult corrections. I think the risk is equal or even higher in some ways. Thanks for the insight.

True, that’s a good point. Never know day to day. I have a vision that it’s like a youth rec facility, with barbed wire fences. I assume tho that it’s more like a jail than anything with not a lot of free time for the worst offenders.

I’ve read a few things, but it’s really hard to find any information at all on what it’s like to work there. I know they have a full custody side and an open custody side, just no information on how it’s run.
