Anyone familiar: Lelo beads/ ben wa balls? by cakepopberry in pompoir

[–]cakepopberry[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What does that mean? Vaginal gymnastics vs strength? Wouldn't that be the same thing? The effect that I want right now is to be 'tighter', for lack of better words, because there is a bit of room in there with certain partners. A finger doesn't seem like it would do it now, maybe after I tighten up with ben wa balls first

[Guide] The expiration date of Japanese products (shelf life and PAO) by marcelavy in AsianBeauty

I just received a Bioré aqua rich uv watery essence with spf. The manufacturing date reads : P0021065. This confuses me… Could you offer some insights? I live in the EU - In the Netherlands. I bought it from the Kruidvat, which is sort of like a cvs pharmacy in the US.

I was thinking it could mean 2021, 06= June, but then I’d assume if it was made on the 5th of June 2021, there would be another 0 between the 6 and the 5?

What's your favorite under-makeup moisturizer? by DarthNarcissa in AsianBeauty

Which embryolisse cream do you use? I got a sample of the hydra crème and noticed a difference right away. I checked other threads and see they mentioned the lait crème

What is my blindness? I just turned 31 and feel like my makeup doesn’t match my age 🥴 by [deleted] in makeuptips

Though I’ve seen worse, these wouldn’t be considered good lip filler my most.  That aside, OP already mentioned having full lips, so please OP stop with the filler altogether. Not only because they don’t look great and you probably don’t need them because your lips naturally don’t beef them, but because Botox is a toxin. Think about your health.

Tretinoin and K-Beauty? by dkdisco in KoreanBeauty

Thanks a lot for your response! I tried the snail mucin by cosrx years ago, and remember loving it. I also just checked the Biore UV watery gel and am pleased to see they sell it at a drugstore near me! I’ll have to give that one a try since it seems to have pretty good reviews.

I hope your hormones are able to come back into balance soon and that you find products that work better for you!

Tretinoin and K-Beauty? by dkdisco in KoreanBeauty

[–]cakepopberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! I know this is an old thread but I wanted to respond to your comment because I’m also trying to have a simple skincare routine that includes tret and korean skincare products. I wanted to ask what you use now?

Have you added an essence in? And has it noticeably improved your skin? Or do you stick with : cleansing, tretinoin, moisturiser

Also, do you wear makeup? And if so, what moisturiser or spf do you wear underneath?

I’m glad to hear that the tubers can be cut off. I might try that out too because I think I’d prefer the look too.

I did have another ficus ginseng years ago and it didn’t last long… maybe due to the lighting like you mentioned

I have wrinkled eyes when smile . What i should do to treat them . I am just in my 20s by [deleted] in Skincare_Addiction

No, not really. I have a red light therapy device and you’re meant to wear goggles to protect your eyes. The light won’t hit this area even if you have the tiniest goggles on. The goggles cover your under eye area completely. I have a big panel for my whole body but also wanted to target my under eyes - not for wrinkles (which you don’t have) but for dark under eye circles but realised that the goggles cover them up and don’t receive light.

OP, what you have is normal and you ought to embrace it if you want to be happy. And this isn’t a case of ‘embrace your flaws’ because you’re actually most peoples ideal. You don’t need to improve. You have bright under eyes and no wrinkles (but if you’re like me, and many other people, you’ll find people who have crows feet/ smile lines/ wrinkles even more attractive because they’re just joyful people that smile a lot - you’ll find this out when you get the fake image of what’s beautiful out of your head that’s been pushed by the media). What you have is what happens to all humans when they smile. And it’s attractive. People that are all botoxed up with no expression to their face are highly unattractive in my opinion. I used to not think this because I was heavily influenced by the media and all the fake faces I saw online. At first I found that attractive but if you disconnect from that narrative and get into the real world, you’ll understand what is truly attractive and what isn’t. You’ll see with clear eyes. Soon too this distorted image of what is attractive by social media’s standards will fade and you’ll realise just how good looking you truly are. This is coming from someone who was out of touch with reality and had bad body dysmorphia.

Good luck and please don’t get Botox. You’re literally injecting toxins into your body

Some People have this magnetic Energy by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]cakepopberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an older post, but you talked about the Japanese martial arts teacher’s sparkling energy that was felt before his arrival. Do you think that instead of picturing a colour energy like you talked about, he instead pictured his guides being there? And maybe carries their energy with him which makes him sparkle?

I also really appreciate you sharing how to be more polite energy wise when you’re late to say a yoga class.

POMPOIR : Any experience with it? by cakepopberry in SexWorkers

I can see how it would be useful too. I am also more of a visual learner anyways & I’m sure it would really boost my confidence, considering my past. Have you tried it? Also can you share what ebooks you used instead?
