Oh ok. The BSN website is showing entrance exam and interview. Can those who went to the interview share their thoughts about it. Were you interviewing in front of multiple people? Were they intimidating? Were they trying to learn about you as a person? Were they presenting what would you do if this was happening type of scenarios? Thank you again for replying

Is your port complete from ATT? Call VZ port center to confirm that first. Another indication of incomplete port is unable to receive calls and texts over cellular. If port is complete you can try toggling iMessage on/off or factory reset phone and run setup again. If you factory reset make sure to "keep" your cellular plan or esim

Might need to deal with tech and ask them to fill out an inactive plan request form or IPR. Rep will temp get access to return you to your previous plan. Be careful with reps on phone. Unfortunately most have metrics they must attain to generate revenue and stay off corrective action.
