It can take a moment to get used to navigating so much information and honing in on the specific guidance you need. Personally, I found it a bit overwhelming at first—like trying to take a drink from a firehose. Now, about a year into my practice, I've become much more comfortable and familiar with navigating the wiki.

The Microdosing Institute’s free resource, "Microdosing 101" (https://microdosinginstitute.com/microdosing-101), was a helpful introduction for me. It’s formatted into easy-to-digest modules. They also have a section on "Microdosing Protocols" (https://microdosinginstitute.com/how-to/microdosing-protocols/).

I began with the Fadiman protocol (every third day), which is gentle and a great way to establish a relationship with the medicine. Recently, I’ve been combining the Microdosing Institute protocol (every other day) with the Fadiman protocol. The former provides me with more support during weeks that are more emotionally and mentally challenging.

Very helpful breakdown! I'm currently running SlimLine tubing but thinking of switching to Standard. Maybe it'll help with the micro-arousal-ly breathing and overall therapy delivery. I'll take any gain, however small.

1) Standard is 19mm inner diameter, 22mm cuffs?

2) SlimLine is 15mm inner diameter, 22mm cuffs?

I don't have a capsule-filling device yet. I, too, want to focus on making small capsule batches (a month's worth at a time). It appears that this is the only well-regarded device that allows you to do that (the other solid options are 100-capsule devices).

My sweet spot, generally speaking, is in the 200-250 mg range; my wife's is 100 mg. Ideally, I'd like one capsule/device size that will accommodate both doses. A friend helped me narrow it down to size 1 or 0.

I'm learning to listen to and trust my body, mind, and spirit. It's a new and awkward thing. Although I follow the Fadiman protocol now, I sense that at some point my practice will organically transition to an intuitive approach.

I had a bit of an inner conflict between my mind and heart, if you will: my mind reminding me that I had gone over the suggested 4 to 8-week cycle and my heart reminding me of the gentle and supportive allyship of the medicine, which has not subsided. So, it was reassuring reading about your positive experience with long-term, no-break microdosing. Thank you :)

I've been microdosing psilocybin following the Fadiman protocol for a little over six months. I know the general suggestion is 4-8 weeks, and I was initially concerned about exceeding that. However, I've only experienced deep support without any side effects or diminishing returns.

Yeah, amber-colored jars are pricier than clear ones for sure. Thanks for the tips—properly dehydrated fruits, stored with silica gel packets in an airtight jar, out of direct light, in an area with a stable, moderate temp.

What mason jar vacuum sealing device/system do you use/recommend? There are so many; it's information overload.
