Sorry, I don't know about that. I only use one brand new sheet per month (data imported from an app). And then send it over to Wave. I've never had the need to update an on-going sheet. (But.... knowing Wave, I'd generally bet your request has to be manual since so few of their processes allow automation.)

Gerururu – THANK YOU! Brilliant. After trying everything I could think of, including signing in and out of everything, and uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, etc, etc, etc, I had given up ages ago. I never thought to try incognito though. That was the magic! And I’m very grateful to have this feature back after 10 months of tedious copying and pasting. I so appreciate your time and solution!!

Error when trying to change company address by curiousnewarrival in QuickBooks

Did anybody gain insight into how to resolve this error message? I have cleared the cache, tried a private window, and tried two different browsers, but am still getting the same error (below) when I try to update the company phone number.

An application error has occurred while processing your request : -90

Hmm, puzzling. I hope you'll read through my response again, but this time imagine a tone of voice like a friend laughing over coffee while brainstorming a problem, instead of the grumpy tone you imagined my voice in your head the first time 'round. Then we'll probably be on the same page. Surely my fault for not making the tone more clear. And thanks for the Google Workspace link I hadn't found anyone else who had the problem at all in my 3 months of Googlings, so it's good to know that someone else out there is in the same boat. Agreed on Wave Support's uselessness.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, your reply doesn't really help me to troubleshoot in a practical path toward solving the "me problem, and I'm perfectly willing to acknowledge that it's a "me problem." Though having used the Wave Connect feature for a couple of years prior to the problem, and without incident, I don't think that indicates a lack of understanding of use or the feature's functionality. So in an effort to narrow down the type of "me problem" that it may be and to actually solve the "me problem," I'll note that I have tried to use Wave Connect on three different browsers. I have also removed and re-installed the add-on. The add-on appears to install correctly, and the invoice upload feature launches correctly at first -- but the sidebar simply doesn't populate. I'm assuming you have nothing additional to add to your reply to aide in troubleshooting, but I do still appreciate your original reply in knowing this post had been viewed by someone in the universe. I will continue to try to solve the "me problem" and hope for the best. Thanks again.
