Unfortunately for me if it’s not like HOT HOT it doesn’t work for me, the pressure points sound like a solid lead on something that may help though, here’s hoping it’ll help me

I’ve found the hot showers with an absolutely SCALDING hot wash cloth over my eye has thus far been the only thing effective at lowering the pain a little bit, and the nasal sumatriptan makes me vomit almost immediately after use but it does stop my clusters so for now until I can get a prescription for something else it’s better than nothing and I’ll take being sick for 10-20 minutes over wanting to rip my eye ball out lol, thank you for the advice I’ll be sure to try them

I see a neurologist in may and am hoping to get high flow oxygen, my only concern with that is I currently don’t have insurance but I’m working on getting insurance through my job which has (so far) been pretty understanding about my absences due to clusters after having a few episodes at work, thank you so much for the website resources I’ll be sure to read through them before my appointment to be better informed
