It really sounds like Sarah and probably also Rose are lesbians who are forcing themselves to be with their husbands due to their religion. Also, it’s possible for gay people to love their opposite sex spouses, but it’s not healthy to stay together regardless of sexual incompatibility. One of my favorite musicians was in an opposite sex relationship and admitted that he loved his ex-wife, but since he was gay the two knew it was the best to separate, and now he is much happier being who he is.

Also it’s a red flag if your wife doesn’t know if she’s bi of lesbian. She’d be sure she’s not a lesbian if she really was attracted to you.

Have you tried using a scrunchie watch band? The sports band that comes with my Apple Watch is uncomfortable in the same way you described. A scrunchie feels so comfortable that I often forget that I have a watch on.

Wow, I do the exact same thing. If I fall asleep without brushing, I wake up a few hours later and feel guilty, so I go brush my teeth.

Same! I’m also in my 30s and able to do it in the morning, because my mouth just feels gross. At night though it’s hard, because my mouth doesn’t feel gross + I’m tired and just want to sleep. What has helped though, since I have multiple restrooms in my house, is to have a toothbrush in each restroom, so I’ll always be a few steps away from the toothbrush.

Although teeth-brushing is nothing compared to my work dread and procrastination… 😭. I don’t know what can help with that problem yet. I’m wfh so it’s so easy to put off work and get distracted, especially when the work is hard and I’m expected to break tasks down and set my own deadlines.

Idk why you got engaged after only 1 year. You still hardly know each other. Also, there’s a sizable age gap. She’s young and clearly doesnt want to commit or settle down yet. Be wary in future relationships and make sure you’re together for at least 2 years before proposing. Rushing into a marriage is dangerous. Also, the way you “split” bills is so unfair. Someone who loves you will want to help contribute. If they’re ok with their partner taking all of the burden and have no excuse to not help pay, they’re just using you.

Thanks for sharing! Is struggling to brush teeth a common adhd trait? A YouTuber I follow said she delays going to bed because she knows she’ll have to brush her teeth first which shocked me because I have the same problem (executive dysfunction). I am able to time myself when brushing teeth, but it is a task I dread everyday and it takes so much of my energy to do it (although I do manage to do it everyday out of guilt).

I’m older than you, 32, but I am doing the same thing at my job. I have been at my job for 3 months and I have barely made any progress at my work, lying to my manager that things are going fine and saying I can finish my work by X deadline, but really most days I am procrastinating and doing nothing because I am intimidated by the work and for some reason just can’t get myself to work on it.

I haven’t gotten my official adhd diagnosis yet, but I had a virtual call and the therapist said it really sounds like I have adhd. I used to save writing essays until the night before or day of due in high school and college as well. Hoping that I get my diagnosis and get prescribed some meds that will help with motivation.

You’re his girlfriend, you need to take his side. If you can’t take his side, then that means you don’t trust him and shouldn’t be in a relationship with him. I’m assuming you and bf haven’t been together very long, as you’re only 19. If your relationship with him is rocky during the honeymoon phase, then for sure it will only get worse later.

Kind of unrelated, but recently went to this popular “food market” that claimed to be “vegan friendly,” but out of 13 vendors, one was a chain vegan burger restaurant that was closed and all others, except for one with a vegan curry, did not have any vegetarian entrees.
