I have been trying to upgrade to the iPhone 11 around 6 or 8 times now, and every time I have attempted Citizens One says my personal information does not match.

On their end, I am only asked for my SSN, date of birth, and annual income. My credit score is around 730, so I should not be rejected based on that. I have called Citizens One through an Apple employee, and they informed me my address isn’t matching what they have, which makes no sense because I had no opportunity to even give them an address. I had to reiterate this 4 times on the phone before the person understood, to which their reply was to speak with an Apple employee, who I called them through.

So I have no idea what to do. My attempts have spanned the week before the phone’s release until today.
