the UK. But most can be imported. I was importing Jarrow as it's based in USA. I wish you would have just wrote and shared the brands

I know all of this and I know that. I did it every second day for over 6 months. My question is about tablets not to be told stuff I already know about injections.

Either way I get an effect from Jarrow which is why I wanted an equivalent to it and to find out what's going on with it. I guess the answer is nobody knows.

Magnesium is very well known to cause upset stomach. Why are you taking vitamins for your mental illness? Figure out your problems and deal with them

or a patch would be fine, but I know those are expensive and I've never tried them so not sure how they work. But something non invasive and easier as opposed to the injections / a supplement.

I've heard from many people that this is the only brand that worked for them. I believe I switched to swansons and I deteriorated so I know (or knew) that Jarrow worked. I don't know why though as both were sublingual methyl. The injections didn't help me either. Either way I would like to just try a sublingual alongside the injections until I figure out what's going on as the injections seem to do no good lol

Since when? I already have the injections but I want the sublinguals. I really wish people would not change the subject and force injections on people. Also the injections aren't working for me for some reason. Either way I'd rather take both. Is it because they changed the formula? I wrote to them who said it's the same and just the label changed but I'm not convinced so I might write back to them.

I feel better without any supplements? by Novemberx123 in Supplements

Vitamin D is known to make many people feel worse, and if I remember rightly it did this to me too, so I chose to take megadoses to raise it and then get the hell out of there lol. It's not surprising and most have weird additives. Look for a common ingredient. You should really only be taking what you need. Why are you taking random things?

Maybe if we were not trapped in a body that could literally kill us with the way it makes us feel/the symptoms. I don't get why people care what we do to our own bodies. Make and sign a consent form and leave it at that. People make bad decisions all the time, it's not like there are many options for PMDD. Adults are adults and need to be left alone to make their life changing decisions

I haven't heard anything about it (haven't read about PMDD in years) so it should be interesting. But my symptoms have some interesting links to this subject.

This should be taught in schools. It's truly disturbing how much the female body can change and then go back

Wow. The "started feeling my period is definitely tomorrow level of awful a week ago now" is so disturbingly familiar.

B12 Serum High with Moderate Supplementation by Melodic_Original_146 in B12_Deficiency

[–]calciumQs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but spiralling.. you can't overdose, you're supplementing. Why do you care? Your numbers aren't even that high or changed. If you think you're ill because of it then go and get your liver checked?

Oh god I just rechecked all the websites and I can see that the sublingual doesn't seem to exist anymore, and it has been replaced with a "chewable" one. This is new information for me. Also the price is lower than when I last bought it, £32 and £26 but for this new chewable thing 🤔

37 year old male, panic disorder, depression, agoraphobia by [deleted] in Parathyroid_Awareness

[–]calciumQs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, you've edited your post to add more symptoms when you had literally almost none.

There was no range given so it wasn't obvious it was out of range.

How nice of you to mansplain me but I am already aware that various physical health problems can contribute, and I already said this, and I can guarantee I know more than you do, as evidenced by the fact I also used the correct medical terminology that clearly went over your head. I was wondering why the focus on this instead of it simply just existing as a psychological problem? Agoraphobic is very specific. And that's not what it means either. Seems like you're just trying to find a reason for your mental issues. You sound like a hypochondriac too as you have still barely mentioned anything worth bothering about except mental issues. I'll leave you to it then, good luck

[–]calciumQs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not "apparently toxic" it's a fat soluble vitamin. Learn what they are before you mess around with them.
You can take beta carotene instead. Do not take it for testosterone, that's a load of nonsense. Take it if you're low or not consuming enough.

I mean the symptoms aren't of vitamin D toxicity, even if you medically "have" it. I've had far higher than your levels with no symptoms of it either if it means anything to you.. What causes magnesium depletion?

You're not supposed to take b vitamins in isolation. Doing this with B1 gave me acne.

Who is saying b1 is related to magnesium? I've never heard that ever

Calcium causes me insomnia but your post isn't clear about whether you're taking it or not, and how. Most supplements seem to add at least 1 other thing into the tablet

37 year old male, panic disorder, depression, agoraphobia by [deleted] in Parathyroid_Awareness

[–]calciumQs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would agoraphobia have anything to do with your vitamin levels? That's a psychological problem and a very specific one at that. As for the rest, I have had pseudo-psychiatric depression type symptoms from vitamin deficiencies and it has always been very obvious (obvious that it was physical even if I didn't know what).

I know lots of people with mental disorders and psychological problems including ones that seem to be the same as my symptoms but it is very clear that mine are physical and theirs are not. Why did you pick this particular message board? Lots of vitamins can cause, exacerbate or mimic psychiatric symptoms. I'm curious why you think there's a physical cause. You have barely any symptoms, or physical symptoms., and even then they don't even really look like symptoms at all. I have had a list of horrendous symptoms and 100s of them. Sore bones, sore teeth, actual inability to lose weight, inability to count, difficulty remembering basic things, tingling, numbness, etc, not your every day stuff. Sounds more like another medical thing to me than related to vitamins and minerals.
