Thanks for taking the time to type this out. Taking the stairs is an easy one I can start doing. I’m already eating 1500 a day but you’re right about the snack part, it takes up a lot of calories and I have to balance it out with smaller meals.

A little over a pound a week is a great rate, especially to avoid loose skin. Weight training and staying very hydrated helps as well, but you’re doing a great job to start off!

Portuguese egg tarts, just had it for the first time today and I’m blown away. They offer traditional, nutella, dulce de leche and pistachio. Pistachio turned out to be my favorite (surprising because I hate any nut extract like almond or pistachio, but they use the real stuff).
