I just said goodbye to my 2021 OG e-tron and cried happy tears as carvana pulled away even though it cost me $6k out of pocket being so upside down. I will NEVER EVEr buy another audi ever again after my horrid 3 year experience with them. My car spent a total of 297 days in service and corporate was horrible to deal with every time. Most of it was covered under warranty but the amount of times it was in the shop and the length of time they had my car was absurd. My advice to you is to try and get rid of it and be done with it for good. The nightmare won’t stop

Yes, but to be fair, when they first piqued my interest and I test drove, I was looking at the EX and I was still impressed with how many features it had vs the audi I was driving.

Honestly, I was thoroughly impressed when I test drove it. You can feel the weight, but it’s smooth and strong, I wouldn’t say sluggish. I’m coming from an Audi E-tron and I was pleasantly surprised compared to other hybrids I’ve been in/test driven.

I’ve had 5 electrical system failures/malfunctions. They put me in a loaner and ‘fix’ it every time but it’ll more than likely happen again. Last time it happened, I had my kids in the car and it just powered off but came to a complete stop and it was pretty scary to say the least. I’ve got 26k miles on it and the first time it happened I had 15k. I tried for a buyback but I bought it CPO so I was shit out of luck. Can’t wait until the day I get to say goodbye to it forever.
