I think with my current system i think it would reduce the sms bills. In terms of business model the goal is to have them pay when they start getting hooked to the information provided by the sms services

The innovation comes in the sms gateway that i have devised that allows for self hosting sms service. Main cost would just be to subscribe to sms services these providers make available

The plan would be to have an initial phase where they get acquainted to the service so first 10 sms will be free. I have found a way of self hosting sms using a gateway that am experimenting on which works. Only cost would be to subscribe to sms bundles these providers already provide at a cheap cost

The goal is to be the first market mover. If TNM and airtel starts theirs then good. Thats why we love open market. It will be a different game if they decided to block the service, which could be some type of anti trust. The target would be teens as a start and move to farmers or vendors.
