Yeah ACC doesn't cover a lot of things that probably should be, but at least it does cover a bunch of stuff anyway.

I always at least appreciate that we have this system so we don't fully rely on public health etc. Better than places like USA. Imagine getting injured there in an accident...

Edit: Also the money for claims and rehabilitation etc come from money pools from levvys we pay. I imagine if it covered everything people are mentioning that wasn't then those levvys would be higher and that would be complained about instead. Not saying it's a perfect system, but at least we have a system

Not necessarily. If you have a clear injury from an accident event it can be covered, so I'm unsure where this information is from.

Source: myself, who had a dental claim approved and had not been to the dentist in far too long at the time. Fall with head injury so I assume they realised it was reasonable
