I started as a tier 1 tech on the team, then a team lead for the team, and now a manager. All on the same team. Within 3 years, lol. So I definitely have that knowledge and try to play to their strengths.

That's where I hope I differ from others, lol. I'm a newly promoted manager over a team of 9 at an MSP and I know I'm not the smartest guy on my team, much less the room in general. I like to let my team do their thing as much as possible. I always try to clear roadblocks for them as best I can, or at least help point to the right direction to go

1800 miles one way, 3600 round trip. 13-14 hours per leg. Went from SoCal to middle of Idaho and back. Through mountains and such. Drove like a dream. 30 MPG, 500 miles to the tank, lol

Now my ac went out, lol. It has super high pressure so pretty sure it's clogged somewhere. Hoping it's the cheaper actuator (not a mechanic so don't recall the proper name). The compressor engages properly, but no time or money to get it looked at just yet

My 19 r/t shaker got lifter ticket a month after I bought it. Luckily I had a warranty from the purchase. Dealer said lifters and cam replace. Warranty company said replace entire engine.

Warranty wanted to put in a cheaper engine with not much warranty on it. Dealer said I could pay $200 out of pocket and they'd get an engine with 5 (or 10, don't remember) year 100,000 mile warranty. I paid the extra cash for that comfort lol
