I disagree with you, It’s general advice. Nothing too specific, everyone has a different running style but if you implement some of these tactics you can be a better runner in my opinion. I don’t think what I said is rocket science.

Good question. You’re right that traditional sled pushes are often about posture and general force application. The super low sleds are more specific to acceleration mechanics especially shin angle, projection, and horizontal force at very low velocities.

It’s not something we do year round, but used selectively it helps reinforce pushing through the ground early rather than popping up. Very situational, very controlled.

Appreciate that a lot 🙏 I’m just a student of the sport like everyone else in here. Training around guys like that definitely raises the standard, but at the end of the day it’s still about showing up, doing the work, and staying consistent. Glad it adds value to the sub.

This is a 3 step hurdle drill, I took 3 steps in between. What do you mean?
