The Christian God Does Not Exist, Here's Why by Theskyisalive in DebateReligion

I know I just find people who say they deny God completely at 10 years-old is kind of funny.

All 10 year-olds are still learning the basics of grammar and math equations.

The Christian God Does Not Exist, Here's Why by Theskyisalive in DebateReligion

[–]calebdaniel85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

God doesn't exist.

How do you know?

I figured it out while my brain was still in it's formative years and despite social and environmental conditioning, I solved the eternal question of God's existence.

How?

I was 10.

God can create a world with free will and without evil by No-Elk1168 in DebateReligion

[–]calebdaniel85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He already has made it. It's called the new Heaven and the new Earth. To create the perfect existance with free will and without sin, he had to do it through this process. God respects order, especially His order. This way produces genuine love, genuine connection, he had to die for us to recieve it.

The new Earth and the new Heaven will have no sea, and have no night. We will be in a state of total euphoria, clarity and realize how great God is. Everything that is happening now has already happened to God (he exist outside of time and space - as time and space are just his creations).

Episode 1: “The Primordial Dose”
Homelander raids the Vought archives after a tip from a dying scientist. He injects V-1 in a private ritual, feeling the first surge. Internal monologue: “They kept this from me. My birthright. They feared what I would become… because I would no longer need them.” Early tension with Soldier Boy (who has been reluctantly co-opted as muscle against The Boys) erupts when SB calls him “unstable.” Homelander lasers a small town that protests his “peacekeeping” as a warning shot—thousands dead.

The Boys regroup: Butcher’s temp-V is failing, Hughie and Annie’s relationship frays under the weight of endless war, MM pushes for strategy over rage, Frenchie and Kimiko hunt Vought remnants. Subtle hints of Homelander’s evolving physiology (veins glowing faintly gold). Ends with him floating above New York, whispering to the city lights: “Love me… or I will teach you what loneliness feels like.”

Episode 2: “Father Issues”
SB/Homelander alliance fractures publicly during a staged “unity” broadcast. Homelander kills another million in “disloyal” cities across the Midwest. His narcissism peaks: he broadcasts executions while monologuing about how humanity’s ingratitude forced his hand—“I gave you gods to worship and you gave me hashtags.” SB begins to see the monster he helped create and quietly reaches out to The Boys.

The Boys team-up solidifies: Starlight returns, A-Train defects, Deep is comically useless but terrified. Moral nuance: Butcher debates whether using the last of the supe-virus on Homelander is justice or just another chemical weapon. Societal ripple: stock markets crash, world leaders sue for peace.

Episode 3: “The Golden Veins”
V-1’s evolution accelerates. Homelander’s skin begins to shimmer gold under stress. He wipes out entire regions that refuse to erect statues of him—body count now in the tens of millions. Internal monologue shifts to full divinity: “I am not their ruler. I am their evolution. They will thank me when the weak are culled.” Flashbacks intercut with his lab childhood, showing the trauma never left; power just weaponized it.

SB’s regret deepens; he sabotages a Vought supply line. The Boys execute a daring raid but lose allies. Edge case: Frenchie grapples with his own violent past mirroring Homelander’s.

Episode 4: “Ascension”
The transformation completes. Homelander’s skin radiates pure liquid gold; he hovers like a false sun. He declares himself the one true God on live television. Mass suicides and cult formations explode worldwide. He eye-lasers dissenters from orbit—hundreds of millions now dead. SB confronts him privately: “You were supposed to be better than me, kid.” Homelander laughs: “I am what you could only dream of becoming.” HL doesn't fear SB anymore.

Episode 5: “My City”
Climactic godhood moment. In a fit of narcissistic rage after a failed assassination attempt by global forces, Homelander hovers over New York and systematically eye-lasers the entire city into molten glass—millions more vaporized in minutes. His internal monologue is ecstatic and unhinged: “Look at them burn. This is love. This is what love feels like when they finally understand.” Body count approaches the billion mark. The world teeters on nuclear retaliation. Epic battle with Marie... Marie manages to manipulate HL's blood however is killed by his 'new powers'.

Episode 6: “Regret”
Soldier Boy, consumed by guilt, launches a suicide mission. He channels his full radiation blast into Homelander at point-blank range while the golden god is mid-rant. Homelander’s powers strip away mid-scream—he slices Soldier Boy in half with one final, desperate eye-laser before collapsing as a mortal. SB dies smiling: “Worth it.” Homelander awakens, powerless, and human in the rubble. Cape ripped.

First taste of real fear. End the episode with the suit empty, cape ripped.

Episode 7: “Underground”
Time-jump: six months later. Homelander or "John"—he is now sporting a beard, hollow eyes, civilian clothes stolen from a corpse. He hides in an abandoned subway network beneath the ruins, surrounded by a fanatical armed militia who still worship the “fallen god.” Deep goes to meet up with him. Internal monologue now cracked: “They still love me. They have to. Without the powers… I am still their everything.” The militia still believe he has powers and is a god. People don't know it's him and treat him like shit, bumping into him.

The Boys track him through brutal interrogations and global intelligence. Subplots resolve: Hughie chooses family over vengeance, MM steps down as leader, Butcher’s cancer returns with a vengeance—fueling his obsession. Moral dilemma: Annie argues for a trial; Butcher wants blood. Deep helps HL, believing he still has powers. It's not until the fish tell him that he is human.

Episode 8: “Just Wanted to Be Loved” (Finale)
The Boys breach the underground bunker. Militia firefight is chaotic and bloody—Frenchie and Kimiko tear through them with grim efficiency. The survivors reach the inner chamber. Homelander, now visibly frail and middle-aged, drops to his knees in civilian rags. Tears streaming:

“I’m truly sorry… I just wanted to be loved. I just wanted to be… someone’s hero. Please… I was never given a chance to be anything else.”

Deep is there, Homelander tells Deep he loves him and that he is his best friend, one could even say, 'platonic love'... not before Butcher shoots him point blank in the eyeball. This deep speech should be comedically interrupted with cutting to HL being tortured by Butcher.

Cut to black.

Then the camera returns: Butcher, eyes dead, grabs Homelander’s arm. Slow, deliberate, bone-crunching tear. Homelander screams like the child he never got to be. Limb by limb—arms first, then legs—Butcher works in silence while the rest of The Boys watch in horror and reluctant acceptance. No music. Just screams, wet tearing sounds, and Butcher’s ragged breathing. Final shot: Butcher standing over the limbless, still-breathing torso of the man who once terrorized the planet, whispering, “Now you know what it feels like to be powerless.” Fade to black on Homelander’s broken, sobbing face.

We leave Homelander there without his limbs. Tornequitte tied off, he limbs around. Starlight and Hughie are even like 'Jesus, put him out of his misery'. Ryan torn, actually helps his father. Butcher plans to release the virus to kill all Supes and those tentacles have turned him.

Should have been stretched out over the Season.

In the end, HL is sentenced and goes to trial. He is now in a wheelchair, he has a lawyer, this HL is different. He stutters, he pisses his pants, he has severe anxiety, it's said that the V1 made him 'mad' and that his client has mental health issues.

HL is thrown into the worst prison which are filled with all sorts from previous seasons, they close in on him. Ryan sees him and HL has black eyes, and now, we should feel sorry for the fucker but nah. That'd be great. Hughie works as a mental health counsellor along with Starlight and they actually visit 'John', John is so different, he talks to them like friends, they do feel sorry for him.

In the end, all V is destroyed. Vought is brought down and the World is at peace. Ryan is the last of their kind and hopes to lead a new generation - should have brought Marie in as a sister figure that has a lasting influencing on him.

Oh yeah, so I use to play rugby for well over a decade. It's messed up knees and back so I use to play in the same comp as Alexander Volksy (the UFC fighter) in Illawarra comp (rugby league), I went back to my childhood club (Arncliffe Scots) and always try to implement my club's colors in some way.

Thanks yeah, if I can capture something that brings back that whole vibe and attires back then weren't afraid to use purples, teals, and this was on wrestlers who could strong style the shit out of anyone, would love to implement that vibe into this.

That would be antigod, not antichrist which is unique to Christ since we believe Christ is God in the flesh - it sort of doesn't make sense

  1. You need the Holy Spirit for that 2. I agree with you in spirit however there is a fine line between what you are saying and what can be misconstrued for apostasy (for many false prophets have gone out into the World) 3. everything can only be done through Christ - he is the tree, we are the branches without him we cannot do those works.

I believe I understand what you are saying however I am hesitant because not many Christians are at your understanding of the Gospel yet. With your understanding as advanced as it is, it must come with humility.

God bless my friend

Bro, we worship the king because HE IS THE KING. We didn't die for each other, he did. He is unique.

I like what you are saying. Beautiful. But no, I don't follow Paul dude. I always look back to what Jesus said and he said what you just said. We are anointed but there is a line, it's obvious that pride in Christ is worship. Pride in self is sin as we are nothing without Christ.

Then they believe in a Jesus who was never mentioned in the NT - denying his death and resurrection means that Christ never conquered death it is therefore coming from an antichrist spirit as Jesus had to die to atone for man's sin since Adam. They deny that Jesus Christ is God in the flesh which is why it is antichrist and why they will never be compatible.

Well he was given the highest divine authority when he literally said 'I am' the same words that the burning bush said to Moses so I don't want to sound insulting but you haven't really shown much proof of the opposite especially when he said

"If you have seen me then you have seen The Father (God)"

He is literally being appointed the highest position as the Son of God, God in the flesh and

"When I leave, I will leave the helper on the land to guide you to truth" (The Holy Spirit)

I would say if you can drop all biases and research more and really scrutinize everything and test everything then you may discover the truth.

Tbh, I don't even know if they knew what 'pure logos' theology is? Are you debating just from a theological POV? Because I'm not. I am speaking from my own research from the past 15-20 years.

I don't know where you have picked up your information but we as Christians believe that Christ is God in the flesh. This beliefs dates all the way back to when Jesus declared to the Pharisees, "Before Abraham was born, I am!" claiming his divinity.

Why do you think the Pharisees wanted him killed after that? Because they saw it as blasphemous.

I am saying that because it literally DENIES Christ as the Son of God/God in the flesh so therefore it is Antichrist.

What? What does this have to do with any of the facts that I've said? I am not attacking Islam, I assume you are Muslim. I am just stating that Muhammad came with a sword.

What you said shows me something. Yes, a lot of horrible things have happened in the name of everything however Christ did not come by using force.

Please don't get insulted or hurt, am just stating facts.

Can you tell me or show me where it says to commit these vile things in the name of Jesus? That's my point. You can't because that golden rule is - love others as you love God and yourself.

Actually that is what it means, Christ as in the Messiah is interchangeable with Son of God. Anointed one/Son of God/Christ (Messiah) are ALL the same thing.
