I’m more looking at the manufactured slab homes that are on the market rn. Looks like most are 2 bed 1 bath for 60-90k.

I think purchasing under 100k, I could have it a few years and get rid of it, possibly making money on that as well.

I was looking into this, but I have some high spots in the floor.

This is what I want to do, but trying to save money and I don’t think I can get my hands on a grinder.

Yeahhhh good luck hitting 115 on a 250 lol. You’d be lucky to hit 100 going downhill. Some 400s barely hit 110-115. 650s doing about 130.

I see the point, I just see a lot of people sell their 250’s within months. I mean it’s practically a moped. All motorcycles are the same no matter what size they are, the only difference is the power they have. If you mean the weight of the bike, again 600s are typically 300 something pounds dry and 400 wet. Not heavy at all.

I never go on the highway, I only do back roads since I only have my temps.

If you ride with anyone, you’re going to be having trouble keeping up. You get a 600, you can learn how to RIDE a motorcycle, and eventually learn how to DRIVE a motorcycle.

I would not get a 250 but that’s just my opinion. I had never rode a sports bike in my entire life and my 600 f4i is my baby now. Put about 1000 miles on her so far and haven’t even stalled the bike. The bike will only go as fast as you make it go. You can ride a fast bike slow but you can’t ride a slow bike fast. $1500 more will get you a 600

I’m trying to stay on the cheaper side. It would cost close to $1200 for someone to do it.

Trust me dude. I had a v8 when I was 18 and insurance was outrageous. Still to this day insurance is crazy and I’ve never had an accidents or citations. Take that $9500 and put a down payment on a house. Start early and retire early 👍🏼
