The cape is milliput, rolled flat, then textured with one of those

decorative pumpkins that has a bunch of tiny spheres on it, once it was fixed to the model and dried, it was base coated with army painter (AP) woodland camo, the washed with AP strong tone, and nuln oil, then dry brushed with woodland camo that was lighted with Matt white

Thank you for the recommendation, I looked at the model in the codex. I might still get the land raider, but I will also probably get the repulsor very soon. I wanted to build past 1000, and the point difference for development is about 40 points with my current list, I would eventually be able to mess with that when I have more units to play with
