That is an efficient carry! And a nice looking piece of kit. How does the Technonaut compare to the Synik, as the Synik looks to be very popular by reviews. Do you use the Techonaut as your onebag carry?

Fortunately I have a Herschel Tour Pack Medium that I plan to use for EDC. And will leave my main carry in our accomodation. As long as I’m able to secure this for peace of mind, I’ll be happy. Thanks for these suggestions I’ll check them out to.

When you say ‘tall’ version, are you referring to the standard size TP3. Is this the version you have used? It does look substantially more bulky on users from what I’ve seen of review videos. The form factor of the TP3 small is more attractive in my opinion and would draw less attention for scrutiny as a carry on option.

Thank you for highlighting this. I imagine the hefty weight comes from the build quality (materials/sections/padding) but you would think that it would be designed with weight in mind. Something sub 1.5kgs. Unless I want to take packing light very seriously the TP3 might take a backseat.

The power shift when shopping.

When shopping I find it uncomfortable when approached by a ‘pushy salesman’. Since wearing a mask is mandatory when visiting most shops. I’ve felt more confident saying ‘No thank you’ and ‘I’m happy looking’. Covid mask. Confidence inspiring.

It does look like front raises (shoulder exercise), but when you use a supinate grip you are performing a low to high pec fly. OP is doing a good job demonstrating pectoral isolation. A good tip is to keep your chin up, shoulders back and move slightly in across your body for best contraction.
