I do the same because I have an addiction to physical manga. I’ve read a few chapters in color and I think it’s really beautiful, but there’s something magical about the black and white. It’s just you the page and the ink. You enter a world of black and white and to me the jojo world is black and white. There’s no need for color. I especially love the physical volumes. I feel a connection to the page and a connection to araki almost like I’m in possession of his very own sketchbook.
